  • ability to work under pressure and effective delegation
  • strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a Team
  • excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef in a corporate or event setting
  • strong managerial skills, excellent understanding of stock and labour
  • solid grasp of Italian cuisine
  • level 3 food hygiene certification

  • design and implement innovative menus that align with our high standards and culinary vision
  • ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations within the kitchen
  • manage kitchen budgets and control costs effectively
  • source and liaise with suppliers to procure top-quality ingredients
  • mentor and develop junior kitchen staff, encouraging their professional growth
  • to prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standard
  • to produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
  • to ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus
  • to develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations
  • ● Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, meeting all regulatory requirements to safeguard customer health
