Responsibility


  • assisting the UK IT teams with daily administrative tasks inc. order provisioning and request fulfillment
  • logging and managing requests from employees in our ITSM platform to track workload and order status
  • regular communication and updates for outstanding orders/tasks
  • working closely with 3rd party providers to ensure equipment is being received on time
  • liaising with and delegating tasks to relevant teams as required
  • assisting the Executive support team and Desktop team with ad-hoc requests
  • mobile device technologies, Apple & Android desirable but not essential
  • subsidiary governance support
  • support the AGM process
  • assist with Subsidiary accounts and plc dividend work
  • provide general support across the Company Secretariat team with transactional work and ad-hoc projects
  • the role of business coordinator will encompass some or all of the below ‘Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities’, actual scope will be dependent on which BU the role operates within
  • ? Assist projects/working groups by providing general administration services, basic analytics reports and tracking outputs
  • ? Support the implementation of strategic priorities and policies by providing and collating information as required
  • ? Coordinate BU business calendar activities to help monitor delivery and outputs
  • this role and their Business Office colleagues will collaborate to enable the wider Property Department to manage and optimise the use of a diverse global property portfolio
