Requirements

PQE conveyancing: 5 years
supervisory: 2 years
london: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
reading, Berkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
industry-relevant City and Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field
SSSTS certification
minimum of two years of experience in a full-time supervisory role, preferably within residential projects
previous experience in supervising mechanical divisions within residential construction projects
up-to-date first aid qualifications and knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements and safe systems of work
SSSTS or SMSTS
demonstrated ability to drive and influence a positive safety culture on construction sites
experience in structural alterations, refurbishments, cut & carve projects
experience in internal fit out
asbestos Awareness
CSCS card - Site Manager
degree or professional qualification in a construction related subject, or equivalent experience SMSTS
ability to deal tactfully and professionally with colleagues
attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibility

ensure all reservations for dining are input into the reservation system in a timely manner
to ensure all protocols and procedures are followed within the food and beverage department. Providing leadership and direction to the food and beverage team
leadership: Inspire, lead, and oversee a department of conveyancing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
client Service: Ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services to our clients
performance Management: Provide senior management with regular performance reports and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and optimise strategies accordingly
technology: Identify and implement technology solutions that enhance the efficiency and transparency of the conveyancing processes
qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE experience in conveyancing
responsible for supervision of all mechanical installations in accordance with drawings and specifications
management of specialist sub-contractors
attendance at weekly site progress meetings daily
monitor contractor’s performance and drive improvement
manage day-to-day duties on site
must be technically proficient with the ability to set and follow project milestones and deliverables
deliver on-site Toolbox talks
responsible for ordering materials
liaising with suppliers in relation to deliveries and costs of material
develop a positive relationship with all project stakeholders
ensure adherence to EHS and quality standards on site
reporting to and working with the Project Manager
supervising and managing mechanical sub-contractors
