Responsibility

identify training needs of your colleagues and seek ways to improve processes and procedures to move the business forward
to optimise the sites packing capacity ensuring stock is produced and managed in accordance with policies/food safety procedures
correct staff rotation in accordance with procedures
line leaders’ reviews and performance management
take necessary action where breaches to H&S / Food safety policy are identified
management of RTW’s on direct reports and shift team under your accountability
ensure all reservations for dining are input into the reservation system in a timely manner
to ensure all protocols and procedures are followed within the food and beverage department. Providing leadership and direction to the food and beverage team

to deputise for the CSOC Manager when required

client Service: Ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services to our clients
performance Management: Provide senior management with regular performance reports and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and optimise strategies accordingly
technology: Identify and implement technology solutions that enhance the efficiency and transparency of the conveyancing processes
qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE experience in conveyancing
