Requirements


  • it is essential that you have a high competency with Microsoft systems and general competency with IT systems
  • it is desirable that you have work experience in the project development phases
  • understanding of project and contract strategy to maximise the resources and optimising the economics. Understanding the motivations to adhere to budgets
  • please only apply if you are prepared to work in Yorkshire on site 5 days a week
  • A relevant qualification in one of the following areas: Quantity Surveyor/ Contract Law/ Legal
  • UK working rights are essential

  • an understanding of UK and Ireland benefit programs is desirable but not essential
  • experience in a large multinational / complex organisations
  • highly organised; ability to prioritise and manage a full workload
  • strong ability to build custom apps, objects, fields, and processes
  • knowledge of automation capabilities to implement flows, process builders, lookup fields, formula fields, validation rules and picklists
  • record of implementing integrations like Tableau
  • very strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, at an enterprise or consultative level
  • minimum 3+ years working as an admin on Community and Revenue, or 5+ years working on the core CRM
  • experience with: CPQ products, product rules, approval roles, price rules
  • over 3 years' Salesforce experience
  • salesforce Admin Certified
  • strong configuration experience, including experience with building complex flows

Responsibility

  • analyse processes and configure changes in line with the business requirements
  • work closely with stakeholders to deliver project requirements in a timely manor
  • ensures features are thoroughly tested before their deployment and train on improvements
  • act as the Lead for the Salesforce team, in terms of managing the key platforms
  • 1st Line Support
  • query handling for UK employee benefits. Reconciliation of benefits platform selections with main HR system and making corrections where necessary, liaising with external systems providers for clarification of certain details
  • knowledge of the Core Modules of ServiceNow
  • plan, maintain, manage in conjunction with the businesses' IT Infrastructure, the bi-annual mandatory manual version updates to ServiceNow
  • translate user requirements for ServiceNow enhancements into workable solutions
  • be responsible for maintaining the basic ServiceNow CMDB
  • you will create the overall CRM Strategy for the business and help to implement this
  • test upgrades in a 'Development' environment, supporting UAT in test environments, and resolving discrepancies before upgrading the 'Production' environment
  • write detailed design and operational documentation
  • responsible for gathering requirements from key stakeholders within the business to create this strategy
  • plan, create and amend ServiceNow components in order to deliver agreed solution to stakeholders following defined SDLC
  • responsible for dashboards and analytics functionality for all stakeholders
  • understanding of CRM Marketing tools such as Pardot
  • provide support for ServiceNow users where problems may arise
