Requirements


  • residential Childcare: 3 years

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience with solid academics , ideally holding qualifications in engineering/science, finance, economics, or business studies
  • execution experience with ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
  • proven experience in project and change management and end to end delivery of D365
  • excellent communication skills
  • D365 experience is essential, this may be across one or all of CRM, ERP and WMS
  • experience in building and maintaining project plans
  • strong work management skills, with the ability to plan, organise and execute complex projects
  • understanding and experience in delivering Dynamics D365 is an advantage
  • solid understanding of ERP systems, particularly D365, with the ability to translate technical concept into business solutions

Responsibility


  • handle the communication with external parties ; control and check their work
  • monitor properties and performance on a day-to-day basis
  • focus on investor requirements across all key established KPIs including financial returns, operational excellence, sustainability and smart requirements
  • work closely with joint venture partners and third party service providers driving their performance, creating optimal business plans and ensuring investment performance is in-line with the business plan
  • target/actual comparisons, independent check of the ongoing weekly result . Execution of any required arrangements for explanation of the deviations and presentation of the deviations in the relevant meetings
  • take a leading role in the creation of the annual business planning for the responsible property and properties and align on the business plan
  • the role will be embedded within the Data, Analytics and Innovation team and will support the future strategy for data practice, providing hands on project support to an expanding project team
  • develop and implement change management strategies to support technology-driven transformation within Learning Technology
  • collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to assess change impacts
  • design and deliver communication, training, and engagement plans to support smooth transitions
  • work closely with IT teams, project managers, and business leaders to align change initiatives with organisational objectives
  • develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions
  • support the development of deliverables , standard reporting, and tracking of performance KPI
