proven experience and background within weddings, banquets, and F&B

Responsibility

the purpose of the Deputy General Manager post is to support and deputise for General Manager to ensure that both strategic and operational demands continue to be met

the post holder will be responsible for implementing and managing systems and processes to ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with Trust-wide policies
monitor compliance within the Directorate with Trust-wide staff management policies and procedures and take remedial action with accountable managers where shortfalls occur
