  • vast experience with customer /application migrations worked in complex migrations

Responsibility


  • liaise with workstream leads for Target FMO readiness in line with customer migration plans
  • liaise and manage the Customer Migration Factory process
  • lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced
  • drive a high performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed
  • oversee the sales and aftersales divisions, ensuring performance meets or exceeds budget
  • set financial and growth objectives for each department, and plan accordingly to ensure profit and product targets are met
  • accurately finalise dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks
  • support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with Steven Eagell Group, manufacturer and regulatory requirements
  • set strategic objectives for the site and manage their implementation
  • oversee daily operations to ensure customer Service Level Agreements are met
  • foster a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement
  • manage all people aspects on-site, ensuring compliance and performance delivery
  • ensure Health, Safety, Environment & Wellbeing compliance
  • supervise contracted vendors to maintain high service quality
  • oversee incident management, change management, and operational processes
  • ensure compliance with all legal and company policy requirements
  • develop strong customer relationships and embed a culture of service excellence
  • manage site budgets and financial performance
  • act as the local representative and ambassador for Pure DC
