Requirements

experience in plant management, preferably on track
knowledge of track access planning processes
knowledge of railway training and competence requirements to operate plant
previous managerial experience within financial services
ability to motivate and inspire others
proven background in mortgage advice and sales

Responsibility

lead a team of On Track Plant Specialists
manage route OTP plans
