Responsibility


  • serve on Trade Counter
  • answer phone to take sales orders
  • process paperwork
  • learn stock items as well as checking stock
  • process deliveries and package orders for customers
  • learn basic bench locksmith
  • ensure the shopfloor is tidy and meets health and safety requirements
  • provide excellent customer service and answer any queries regarding products/the service
  • assisting with the development and implementation of support plans
  • prepare, cook and present food to company specification
  • keep kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times
  • work safely around kitchen equipment and monitor and deal with any maintenance issues
  • adhere to company policies and procedures and licensing laws
  • be involved and contribute at all team meetings
  • carry out instructions as given by management and head office
  • working safely around all kitchen equipment, identifying any maintenance issues and escalating to management where required
  • keep up to date with new products, menus and promotions
  • dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central support
  • delivering 1st line support to clients
  • dealing with support tickets across multiple customers
