  • A degree in Social Work or a related field

Responsibility


  • leadership
  • support the Global Head of Incident Response and Threat Intelligence with delivering the strategy for incident response
  • deputies where required for the Global Head of Incident Response & Threat Intelligence
  • establish an effective threat-hunting function and forensics function
  • deliver presentations and briefings to key, senior stakeholders
  • build, develop, lead, and manage the Cyber Threat Hunting and Forensic Team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Incident Response & Threat Intelligence. Including recruitment, tasking, delivery, training requirements and personal development
  • act as a voice of subject-matter expertise for cyber threat hunting and forensics
  • engage with external suppliers for Incident Response
  • maintain an on-call coverage to support global call out
  • ensure the chain of custody is applied and well documented including all approval steps
  • ensure that repeatable processes, procedures, workflows, and playbooks are developed, documented, and maintained in line with wider ICS standards and best practice
  • deliver presentations and briefings as required to key, senior stakeholders
  • other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
  • effectively communicate and collaborate with global teams and across multiple departments to identify improvements to the incident response processes and to maximize operational efficiencies
  • create metrics and determine Key Performance Indicators to drive maturity
  • document Investigation and Incident Response actions taken in Case Management Systems and Prepare written technical reports to document the findings that result from both forensic analysis and incident response cases
