liaising with internal teams, product teams and an in-house software engineering team to effectively manage delivery on-time and within budget
liaising with internal editorial teams, product team and a small software engineering team
supporting project communications / facilitate relationship with stakeholders
mitigating risks and holding budgetary responsibility
managing risks and budgets
use project controls to ensure that all necessary data and information can be reported accurately
project Closure: Ensure that all project deliverables are completed, and that the project is closed out in a timely and efficient manner
project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project scope, objectives, timelines, budget, and resources required to complete the project successfully
change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget, ensuring that they are properly documented and approved
work with Stakeholders to manage project risks and issues, and ensures Lessons Learned on projects are shared with colleagues and recommendations adopted are implemented
