Requirements


  • 40 hours per week including weekends on a rota
  • welcoming clients and their pets upon arrival
  • booking appointments and arrivals on the RX Works diary
  • help to promote our Healthcare Plan so that pets are receiving premium discounted preventative treatment
  • help the Vet and Nurse team with queries
  • being responsible for paperwork being scanned onto pet's digital records
  • liaison with clients regarding queries for appointment booking and medication collection
  • ordering food and medication
  • fluency in Arabic and English is required
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven work experience as a Receptionist, Sales advisor, or a similar role administration or sales-related role

Responsibility


  • greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
  • provide information about bank products and services to clients
  • schedule appointments and meetings as needed
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • other administrative duties as assigned
  • meeting and greeting all visitors and showing to meeting rooms / making refreshments
  • dealing with all external meetings
  • prepare daily visitor list for downstairs reception
  • maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in a neat and tidy state
  • stocking up of notepads, pens and brochures
  • handing telephone calls / switchboard - transferring, taking messages etc
  • ensuring all phones are set up with voicemail message and dealing with overflow pick up
  • setting up vc calls / presentations in meeting rooms
  • dealing with general enquiries and handling office info email inbox
  • general admin duties - updating database
  • handling newspaper distribution
  • ensuring printers are stocked with paper and toner and maintaining franking machine
  • managing all meeting rooms - setting up and clearing as well as handling the meeting room calendar and scheduling meetings
  • dealing with any faults within the office and liaising with building security
