Requirements


  • previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping others
  • high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus

Responsibility


  • manage the arrivals and departure process professionally and in accordance with the Hotel’s policy, ensuring billing and payment transactions are correct
  • responsible for till cash float whist on shift and adhering to the Hotel’s cash handling procedures
  • be fully aware and knowledgeable of all room categories, room rates, packages, promotions at the Hotel
  • deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person and over telephone
  • be aware of all Hotel VIPs, corporate and regular guests and ensure their requirements are met
  • promote a helpful and professional image to guests and give full co-operation to any guest requests in a caring and helpful manner
  • demonstrate a knowledge of all hotel services/promotions, local attractions, and landmarks in the hotel vicinity in order to upsell and maximise Hotel revenue
  • manage arrivals and departure process professionally and in accordance with the Hotel’s Policy, ensuring payments and billings are correct
  • greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanour, making them feel welcome and at ease
