D365 experience is essential, this may be across one or all of CRM, ERP and WMS
strong management skills with the ability to plan, organise and execute complex project with precision
solid understanding of ERP systems, particularly D365, with the ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into business solutions

Responsibility

you will manage change control, ensuring all changes are impact assessed, managed and tracked
you will identify and manage risks and issues, developing contingency plans to mitigate risks and escalate where required
day-to-day management of assigned projects including taking the project from appointment, supervising and closing the programme
lead the implementation of new processes aligned with ERP configuration and best practices
