Requirements

experience of working as a member of a large or medium complexity project team or within a project/PMO
PRINCE2 Foundation
experience of delivering effective management and reporting
agile Project Management Foundation
experience of working both on own initiative and as a member of a wider team
PRINCE2 Practitioner
agile Project Management Practitioner
excellent verbal and written communication skills
comfortable sending approved communication templates to scheduled users on defined touch points, as defined within the communication plan
monitors scheduling mailbox and responds to user queries and manages rescheduling, escalations for migrations
works alongside local Business Relationship Manager teams, ensuring visibility to all stakeholders on status of user migrations
provide status updates to PM on regional completion numbers
helps maintain and creates where appropriate any self-service documentation / user guides and "how to's"
experience in delivering Technology support, working across operational support levels and teams to deliver excellent services for internal business clients
experience of working in an international and/or matrix management environment would be an advantage
experience in using Collaboration Tool Suites
some experience of working either in an EUC environment or a large scale deployment / migration project
proven experience as a Project Coordinator
experienced working in agile and waterfall environments

some recent projects delivered by the team include apps for the delivery of Covid-19 test kits, new API services for online retail and pharmaceutical deliveries, new parcel collection services from the home and many analytical improvements to further protect their staff
management of demand requests for PMO services
provide frequent and timely project status updates to PMO Director and Project Managers
monitor daily progress, risks and issues
own the organisation of reports, purchase orders and the PMO budget
be an ambassador for the PMO team, ensuring conformity to the PMO project management standards, modelling them through your own work
managing the rollout of security products across the business and IT departments including 24 x 7 support
working in Security Operations Centre, delivery focused will require a dynamic individual to adapt and deliver change at pace whilst building relationships within a varied stakeholder landscape, providing support to the JSOC and Security Operation
