Responsibility

oversee and track the progress of content clean-up across multiple sites and CMS-driven pages
coordinate with CMS editors and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation, ensuring that all aspects of the project are thoroughly documented and easily accessible
tracking content clean-up across multiple sites and various pages with CMS-driven content
data report generation to justify decisions regarding the removal or modification of specific content
extensive communication with brand stakeholders to explain the new ways of working with content on the new platform, including UI and content strategy adjustments
the ideal candidate will help coordinate tasks and maintain comprehensive documentation to support a Product Manager leading the projects
prioritise conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously and proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
liaise with other departments/teams to deliver on various strategic projects
build and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders; ensure teams remain focused on delivery and track key milestones
manage specific work streams within projects and/or support other individuals when required
identify, propose, manage, and drive improvements in performance/working methods with functional heads
align inter-dependencies ensuring cross-functional team collaboration across all functions to help ensure projects are delivered on time and with all parties fully aware of milestones and status throughout
