Responsibility


  • oversee and track the progress of content clean-up across multiple sites and CMS-driven pages
  • coordinate with CMS editors and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation, ensuring that all aspects of the project are thoroughly documented and easily accessible
  • tracking content clean-up across multiple sites and various pages with CMS-driven content
  • data report generation to justify decisions regarding the removal or modification of specific content
  • extensive communication with brand stakeholders to explain the new ways of working with content on the new platform, including UI and content strategy adjustments
  • the ideal candidate will help coordinate tasks and maintain comprehensive documentation to support a Product Manager leading the projects
  • prioritise conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously and proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
  • liaise with other departments/teams to deliver on various strategic projects
  • build and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders; ensure teams remain focused on delivery and track key milestones
  • manage specific work streams within projects and/or support other individuals when required
  • identify, propose, manage, and drive improvements in performance/working methods with functional heads
