Responsibility


  • prioritise conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously and proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
  • liaise with other departments/teams to deliver on various strategic projects
  • build and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders; ensure teams remain focused on delivery and track key milestones
  • manage specific work streams within projects and/or support other individuals when required
  • identify, propose, manage, and drive improvements in performance/working methods with functional heads
  • align inter-dependencies ensuring cross-functional team collaboration across all functions to help ensure projects are delivered on time and with all parties fully aware of milestones and status throughout
  • oversee the administration and office management, ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • manage projects for which you are specifically responsible, including, but not limited to, visitor management systems, internal office moves, administration audits, and General Data Protection Regulations
  • organise company events with support from the Senior Administrator
  • recent experience of inputting and keeping up to date budget management
  • project status recording and documentation
  • time entry and time management skills
  • escalate issues that require additional skills
  • adhering to team performance goals
  • research as needed for technical solutions and configurations
  • reports To: Project Team Manager
  • creating and distributing progress reports
  • arranging meetings, preparing agendas and minutes as instructed by the Project Team
  • arranging Project workshops, training and wellbeing sessions
  • assisting with Assurance functions and procedures throughout the project
