Responsibility


  • lead the delivery of a portfolio of finance projects, including process automation
  • establish a programme governance structure and robust disciplines to control programme plans, budget, stakeholder expectations and management of communications
  • act as Programme Manager to deliver the new Anaplan EPM tool
  • provide leadership to a newly formed and growing transformation team
  • co-ordinate and be accountable for detailed project plans developed by appointed Project managers
  • work directly with Head of FP&A and CFO to provide regular updates and reports
  • engage in global senior stakeholder management, communicating with a goal oriented approach
  • ensure all programme risks and issues are identified, managed, and mitigated
  • act as a liaison between the implementation partner and the business to ensure smooth delivery
  • facilitate better ways of working and communication across the team
  • the people management aspects of your role will include day-to-day line management, performance management, coaching and development
  • coordinate internal and third-party resource
  • translate business requirements for accurate technology solution implementation
  • manage across pillar programmes and or projects with focus on governance
  • management of multiple resources across the pillar
  • direct the planning of the project/programme or function
  • plan work across the pillar for as defined in the project/programme Work Authorisation Document
  • defines, documents and manages large-scale programmes with minimal supervision, working with multiple teams that may have differing priorities and working/cultural practices
  • effectively manage project team conflicts, build collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, and commitment to make decisions
  • prepares and maintains programme roadmaps and tracks activities against the plan
