  • knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  • expert knowledge of G-Suite, Smartsheet, and AODocs collaborative toolsets
  • demonstrable experience as a PMO with excellent organisational skills, bid management organisation experience is preferable
  • extensive experience in project planning, scheduling and resource and cost-loading forecasting
  • strong technical background with a full understanding of what change agents are responsible for different stages of processes/ programmes
  • strong stakeholder management, able to communicate clearly and build relationships with the ability to persuade and influence others
  • exceptional organisational skills; having had experience arranging and managing multiple timelines at once
  • A proven track record of communicating and working collaboratively with key stakeholders
  • experience of working in a business process environment with an emphasis on project delivery
  • this is a 6-12 month contract, on an outside IR35 basis with some travel to a Central London office
  • valid PTS is essential and SSOW, COSS desirable
  • extensive recent and relevant planning and scheduling experience in a similar environment / business sector
  • experience within UK submarine enterprise

  • manage, review, update and maintain the project plan
  • design and implement standardised plan reporting, and an associated governance model
  • facilitate all planning workshops
  • create and implement a programme plan dashboard for weekly reporting
  • created and implement robust planning standards across the programme
  • onboard suppliers to the planning standards
  • collaborate with transformation team to ensure plan is carried out effectively and delivered in alignment with business need and programme schedule, to time and to budget
  • maintain schedule coding structure and check correct application in P6
  • assure integrity of the schedule – durations, logic, milestones
  • schedule analysis and critical path and communication to project management
