Responsibility


  • we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Curriculum and Operations Manager to join our team in Coventry
  • manage the development and implementation of the curriculum and operations strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
  • lead the development and maintenance of high-quality curriculum frameworks, programmes of study, schemes of work and assessments
  • ensure that the curriculum is innovative, engaging, and responsive to the needs of learners, employers, and industry partners
  • oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure the effective delivery of curriculum and operations services
  • provide strategic leadership across the 0-25 Service creating shared ownership of the outcomes for children and young people across the borough
  • ensuring work is allocated appropriately, fairly and efficiently
  • forward planning to ensure resources are made available in time for project mobilisation as required

  • liaise with the supply chain and other MoJ Property teams to proactively understand issues across the portfolio and facilitate improvements
