  • financial Crime / Money Laundering experience
  • PIP
  • experience of decision making whilst active on operations

  • previous experience of prioritising and managing tasks in a fast paced environmence
  • experience of analysing information from a range of different sources to assist with resolving problems
  • have an awareness of legislation affecting UKFIU, handling of sensitive / confidential data
  • must be able to handle and maintain intelligence proceeses
  • be able to mentor other staff members, as well as support existing staff members

Responsibility


  • develop scalable and intuitive data analytics solutions from top level executive dashboards to complex lower-level reporting
  • develop suitable underlying data structures to support data analytics requirements
  • translate business requirements into system requirements, develop the technical solution, functional design and demonstrate appropriateness of solutions to key stakeholders
  • integrate Power Platform "low code" solutions into business process maintaining data assurance and legislation
  • provide senior oversight to direct, develop and co-ordinate the Companies House intelligence strategy
  • assess intelligence from a national strategic perspective for inclusion in daily briefings for NPoCC and relevant law enforcement stakeholders
  • partnering with key stakeholders to define metrics, validate KPIs, and deliver data-driven insights that inform decision-making at all levels, with a key focus on C-Suite stakeholder management and engagement
  • working collaboratively with the wider team to enhance our data infrastructure and streamline access to accurate, timely insights across Cuvva
  • defines the business intelligence capabilities that satisfy the broader business objectives and value proposition
  • ensures that the business capability requirements align to the business intelligence and data strategy roadmaps
  • manages a portfolio of work
  • leads the ongoing rationalisation of business intelligence assets in their area to ensure they are providing utmost value for business outcomes
  • manipulates raw data and understand the ultimate design required to meet business requests
  • define, plan and execute tests to ensure quality of results
  • point of contact for business for all business intelligence and analytics work relating to their area including activities that they might not be directly accountable for
  • proactively stays abreast of data sources, identify best internal and external data sources in response to business requests
  • coaches, mentors and develops team members
  • facilitates cross functional requirement sessions about complex information needs and documents requirements; includes working with stakeholders to prioritise requirements based on Business Intelligence capabilities and business needs
