Responsibility

to supervise daily Housekeeping shift operations and ensure compliance with all housekeeping policies, standards and procedures
to assign Housekeeping Attendants sections and prepare daily work sheets
to, when necessary, be "hands-on" and service rooms or public areas and cover the evening housekeeper shift as required
to assist in the selection process for new team members when necessary
to regularly inspect all fixtures, fittings and appliances ensuring they are of the required standard and recommend any actions to be taken
always warm and thoughtful, you and your team will make sure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly, effectively and professionally
you’ll check all areas before, during and at the end of each shift, ensuring our sky high standards are maintained; you’ll also carry out daily maintenance and cleanliness checks across all areas of both guest and colleague facing areas
to supervise the daily housekeeping operation
to check accommodation on a daily basis
stocking and maintaining an inventory of housekeeping supplies
to, when necessary be "hands on" in the daily operation
reporting breakages, damages and safety issues for repairs
working closely with the housekeeping Manager
we are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor, to join our in-house team, to undertake the day-to-day cleaning of The Estate Offices, Apartment and Cabins along with many other operations
opening/closing of the department as per rota. Assigning daily tasks and special duties
administration tasks including rotas, stationary orders, attendance records
room inspections in line with our service standards and acknowledging guest preferences
room audits in order to monitor colleague progress and drive performance
running handover meetings
ensure all relevant areas are clean, tidy and fully stocked
