we are recruiting a Room Attendant to be part of our friendly housekeeping team delivering an excellent guest and member experience
excellent customer service and communication skills

maintain & comply with all aspects of H&S, legislations & in house policies
handling promptly & efficiently any faults with minimal disruption to guests
reporting any maintenance faults and deal with lost property
ensure all rooms/bathrooms are cleaned daily to a high standard
responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and property in your work area
accountable for achieving and exceeding our guest satisfaction score
ensure all cleaning products are stored safely and securely at all times
to comply with P&P Health and Safety policy
maintain clean rooms by vacuuming, polishing, providing linen services, dusting, cleaning to a high standard and performing other duties as advised by the Senior Housekeeping team
from trolleys, mops, vacuums, brushes and commercial cleaning equipment – you’ll use them all with the correct care and attention within safe operating procedures
preparing and checking guest bedrooms for new arrivals
maintaining common areas of the hotel such as toilets, hallways and reception areas
