Responsibility

maintain & comply with all aspects of H&S, legislations & in house policies
handling promptly & efficiently any faults with minimal disruption to guests
ensure all rooms/bathrooms are cleaned daily to a high standard
responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and property in your work area
accountable for achieving and exceeding our guest satisfaction score
ensure all cleaning products are stored safely and securely at all times
to comply with P&P Health and Safety policy
from trolleys, mops, vacuums, brushes and commercial cleaning equipment – you’ll use them all with the correct care and attention within safe operating procedures
preparing and checking guest bedrooms for new arrivals
maintaining common areas of the hotel such as toilets, hallways and reception areas
ensuring proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment
previous experience working as a Room Attendant / Housekeeper in a good quality hotel
following our procedures and maintaining our service standards
highly responsible and reliable
reporting maintenance issues
assisting with any other day-to-day housekeeping duties arising as required
ability to work with colleagues as part of a team but with minimal supervision
currently in the UK and permitted to work here
we are looking for an experienced part-time Room Attendant to join our small housekeeping team and ensure that our rooms and public areas are maintained in immaculate condition
clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
