Responsibility

  • maintain & comply with all aspects of H&S, legislations & in house policies
  • handling promptly & efficiently any faults with minimal disruption to guests
  • ensure all rooms/bathrooms are cleaned daily to a high standard
  • responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and property in your work area
  • accountable for achieving and exceeding our guest satisfaction score
  • ensure all cleaning products are stored safely and securely at all times
  • to comply with P&P Health and Safety policy
  • from trolleys, mops, vacuums, brushes and commercial cleaning equipment – you’ll use them all with the correct care and attention within safe operating procedures
  • preparing and checking guest bedrooms for new arrivals
  • maintaining common areas of the hotel such as toilets, hallways and reception areas
  • ensuring proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • previous experience working as a Room Attendant / Housekeeper in a good quality hotel
  • following our procedures and maintaining our service standards
  • highly responsible and reliable
  • reporting maintenance issues
  • assisting with any other day-to-day housekeeping duties arising as required
  • ability to work with colleagues as part of a team but with minimal supervision
  • currently in the UK and permitted to work here
  • we are looking for an experienced part-time Room Attendant to join our small housekeeping team and ensure that our rooms and public areas are maintained in immaculate condition
  • clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
