candidate will be required to undertake a CTC/SC Security Clearance requirement pre - employment
the Front of House Manager will support the Facilities Manager in delivering the day to day operation on site, ensuring the Front of House service is delivered to the contract requirements
the FOHM will support the wider team in the delivery of all Health & Safety requirements relating to their team including, updating risk assessments, employee training and LiveSafe cultures
set, monitor, and review standards of operation and service in line with hotel strategy, values, and industry trends
manage the budget and KPIs for the department including generating revenue and controlling costs
manage skills gaps and vacant roles by developing the team and effective recruitment
be familiar with all operational standards and be available to cover roles during busy periods, including periodic night shifts
lead the stabilisation and expansion of the Guest Services functions to maintain strong guest satisfaction
lead and motivate the team to interact frequently and daily with our guests to seek feedback and build positive guest relations and loyalty
ensuring impeccable guest check-in and check-out experiences
leading a team of enthusiastic, service-oriented professionals
managing reservations and guest requests efficiently
