  • previous experience working with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Slack, Asana, digital event platforms
  • coordinate pre-event, onsite, and post-event logistics for both in-person and virtual Webinar events
  • be passionate about events and driving business, event delivery, establishing and maintaining partnerships
  • collaborate with the internal teams to identify speakers/hosts etc
  • facilitate communication between vendors and internal teams around each event
  • hold excellent with written and verbal communication skills
  • ensure contracts for vendors have been appropriately documented and executed
  • ability to work efficiently both with a team and autonomously
  • receive and facilitate invoices and payments, and overall budget management and tracking
  • open to occasional travel for European based events
  • 5+ years experience in event planning

Responsibility


  • support in all elements of event planning and delivery
  • provide administrative support to visiting account team and customers
  • you will be responsible for strategy planning and execution of corporate events in the UK
  • coordinates all amenities and accommodations including site selection, food, transportation, and audio visual equipment
  • the Events Coordinator is a team leading role for 12 months maternity cover. Leading and managing a team of up to 4 event managers
  • organising registration, delegate support and onsite activities
  • managing the expectations of all parties and third party supplier liaison
  • collating and providing post event feedback, finalising budgets and invoices - this is critical for the success of future events
  • coordinating large internal kick-off event in January 2024
  • providing general organisational and administrative support, including events, projects, visits, bookings
  • being the main point of contact for staff members and clients, ensuring smooth communication at all times
  • coordinating and supporting the management, with content creation, online posting, social media channels
  • ensuring all materials are accurate and are documented efficiently and correctly
  • maintaining and updating all project files and project documents
  • support the arrangement and delivery of post-offer engagement events across apprentices, undergraduates and graduates until the point of induction
  • working with the school’s engagement consultant to deliver education provider insight events for incoming apprentices

  • manage logistics of invitations with the Early Careers Delivery team, catering and site access arrangements for in-person insights
  • managing Early Careers ambassadors and other stakeholders with interest in Early Careers, to enable the delivery of student engagement activity
