Requirements

previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting
extensive knowledge of bar operations, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
excellent customer service skills, with a passion for providing exceptional experiences to guests
proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts
detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
proven experience in a bar management role or similar supervisory position within the hospitality industry
strong knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail preparation, and beverage pairings
experience in food production and safety standards is highly desirable
excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
strong organisational skills with attention to detail in both service delivery and inventory management
ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service
A passion for hospitality with a commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests

basic Food hygiene level 1 and 2
