Responsibility

manage all domestic operations, including supervising household staff and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
ensure the security and confidentiality of the family and residence at all times
management of all dry-cleaning requirements
the role is based at our international customers occupancy in a multi-tenant building in London Mayfair
the post holder will be well presented, extremely organised, punctual, well-spoken and fluent in English Language
the successful candidate will be responsible for the food and beverage service at the client office, including but not limited to providing a beverage service for external visitor meetings, managing an inventory and stocking of pantries and arranging catering such as breakfast supplies
ensure the readiness of the meeting rooms at all times
ensure that the quantity, quality and condition of all provided operating equipment are maintained properly and arranged in assigned area
direct and supervise the entire food and beverage operation by ensuring highest standard of service offered at all time
serve food and beverages according to high quality standards and as per the request from the respective staff/guest
to ensure that the standards required by Management are maintained at all times in the service areas
maintains a good relationship with related departments
responsible for the requisitioning and control of all event areas and kitchen equipment
to report any equipment failures / problems to the Company Facilities team
the role includes the usual butler duties including some light cooking
we are looking for a professional and dedicated Butler with a real eye for detail to assist a couple with the daily running of their London home alongside a well-established household team
this is a new role within the team where your duties will include creating a calm and well-ordered home environment, maintained to the highest standards
