Requirements

bartending: 1 year
hospitality: 1 year
customer Service: 1 year
due to some responsibilities within the Store Person role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts
successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations
you are a team player and work hard to meet shift targets in timely manner
proven experience working in a hospitality environment
excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers effectively
knowledge of stock management and rotation
ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
strong organisational skills and attention to detail
experience in a bar or restaurant setting is desirable
previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
experience in Mixology and Cocktails
previous experience working in a similar role within the hospitality industry
knowledge of basic maths for handling payments and calculating drink prices
strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
and relationship builders
