Responsibility

  • welcome guests to the hotel and carry their luggage
  • manage guest expectations and go the extra mile at all times
  • provide support for all busy peak time
  • champion Guest Gossip and ensure that all bits of information regarding a guest is placed on their profile
  • arrange taxi, give directions, take messages
  • ensure that all public areas are of the standard expected undertaking any housekeeping duties as required
  • delivery newspapers to the lodges, hotel bedrooms
  • escort lodge arrivals to the lodge and explain facilities
  • show our guests to their bedrooms and explain points of interest and bedroom facilities
  • ensure that guest requests are carried out at all times in a timely manor
  • on arrival on your shift, read the function sheets, fact sheet, memo file
