Responsibility

  • lead the day-to-day management and operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • cultivate strong and professional relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded
  • address and resolve guest complaints promptly, communicating effectively with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure swift resolution
