Responsibility


  • this is a great opportunity for a head chef and hotel manager to run their own hotel and 50-cover restaurant
  • responsible for the day to day running of Hotel Operations
  • works with the Estate Team to maintain adequate stocks of consumables, whilst ensuring best value is achieved when procuring further supplies
  • utilises expert knowledge to support other departments and liaises with the executive managers and heads of department to ensure the estate team drives 5-star standards
  • takes real ownership of all compliance-related areas, to ensure the hotels meet their legal, health and safety requirements
  • liaises with the chimney sweep to ensure regular and timely cleaning and servicing
  • we are seeking a Hotel Manager to support our General Manager, with the smooth day to day running of the hotel along with a dedicated team of Managers and Heads of Department. In total a team of 145 employees

  • be responsible for setting and refreshing quality menus for our patients and our café users
  • provide leadership and management of the catering, housekeeping and security teams to deliver the highest standards of work and professionalism, ensuring an outstanding Patient, Visitor and Colleague experience
  • manage the Hospital’s waste collections, ensuring a timely, cost effective and complaint solution is in place at all times. Support for this function will come form the housekeeping, security, and estates personnel
  • line manage the staff in your departments with the help of the Supervisors
