Responsibility


  • achieve individual objectives and key performance indicators as set and agreed
  • invite renewals
  • ensure all policy administration is dealt with in a professional and timely manner
  • underwrite scheme policies within underwriting authority level and referral guides
  • check, process and issue new policies
  • provide a proactive and responsive renewal service using best endeavours to retain clients at renewal through promotion of key selling features and effective liaison with insurers
  • adhere to all Company, regulatory and compliance guideline requirements
  • proactively Review remote access reports for faults on equipment likely to cause a breakdown
  • you will be responsible for growing our local market share by building relationships with potential Vendors and Landlords
  • utilising our database to build a pipeline of future business
  • deliver consistently exceptional service both to internal and external stakeholders
  • have good knowledge of Knight Frank service lines and cross-sell our services to clients where applicable
  • conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure they are being looked after appropriately
  • demonstrate good knowledge of Knight Frank service lines and be able to cross-sell our services to clients where appropriate
  • adhere to the regulations and guidelines laid down in the Firm’s internal procedures at all times
  • build credibility with prospective clients by sharing market updates and discussing activity in the housing market both at a local and national level
