Responsibility


  • rewards: Competitive basic salary with a realistic OTE £28,000 - £30,000
  • coordinate returns and repairs
  • other administrative duties as required
  • respond to customers via email or phone
  • manage a high volume of enquiries via inbound calls, email, Web2Case, post and fax
  • assess if the complaint received falls into TMO remit and inform the consumer accordingly
  • provide updates to consumers with existing cases via phone/email/post
  • provide accurate advice of referring consumers to the appropriate bodies to assist when outside of TMO remit
  • accurate capture and logging of all mandatory data to quality requirements
  • any other ad-hoc or admin duties as required
  • meet and exceed TMO Customer Service levels, Targets and KPI's
  • provide an outstanding level of customer service that champions empathetic language, adapting to different forms of operating/communication styles and implementing strong active listening skills
  • achieve individual objectives and key performance indicators as set and agreed
  • invite renewals
  • ensure all policy administration is dealt with in a professional and timely manner
  • underwrite scheme policies within underwriting authority level and referral guides
  • check, process and issue new policies
  • provide a proactive and responsive renewal service using best endeavours to retain clients at renewal through promotion of key selling features and effective liaison with insurers
  • adhere to all Company, regulatory and compliance guideline requirements
  • serve as the initial point of contact for all customer inquiries, both by phone and electronically
