Responsibility


  • ordering a car online is becoming an increasingly popular option for our customers
  • liaise with customers to keep them up to date with the progress of their order
  • check orders and ensure all work is fulfilled on time by the Aftersales department ahead of collection
  • liaise with the documents and logistics team to ensure the car can be delivered through to the customer
  • at CarSupermarket.com we pride ourselves on providing an excellent customer experience, and are now looking to improve on this further by having dedicated Customer Delivery Advisors taking care of each online sale
  • carry out follow up calls with customers and respond to any queries once the customer has taken ownership of the vehicle
  • we are looking for dynamic individuals with a great sense of customer service to assist with processing our customer’s online orders through our branches and providing an efficient and excellent experience for the customer, both collecting at branch or arranging the delivery to the customers front door
