Responsibility

ordering a car online is becoming an increasingly popular option for our customers
liaise with customers to keep them up to date with the progress of their order
check orders and ensure all work is fulfilled on time by the Aftersales department ahead of collection
liaise with the documents and logistics team to ensure the car can be delivered through to the customer

carry out follow up calls with customers and respond to any queries once the customer has taken ownership of the vehicle
we are looking for dynamic individuals with a great sense of customer service to assist with processing our customer’s online orders through our branches and providing an efficient and excellent experience for the customer, both collecting at branch or arranging the delivery to the customers front door
ensure that all customer feedback is captured and reported to the Management Team

providing “More homes, great services, and better lives” is what we aim to achieve at NCHA
liaising with customers, keeping them informed on any build updates
managing customer and Retailer inbound and proactive outbound contacts via telephone, e-mail, social and digital platforms
being a knowledgeable expert in the brands and products
introducing customers to the Retailer network and will be supporting them to deliver an exceptional customer experience
