  • minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation
  • good levels of previous experience working within a project and programme management environment
  • experience of delivering reporting in a project or programme management environment, including escalation processes
  • knowledge of or direct experience in applying programme and project management approaches such as MSP, Agile and PRINCE2
  • experience of establishing and implementing reporting and change control mechanisms in a project and/or programme or business environment
  • good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury environment
  • proven record of achieved sales targets
  • excellent communication, decision making and leadership
  • experience in running a trade counter or retail operation
  • have previously managed a small team
  • reliable and punctual
  • trustworthy with a good team working ethic
  • friendly, polite and professional manner
  • high standard of customer service
  • good written and verbal communication
  • good product knowledge of roofline & drainage products is preferred

Responsibility


  • ensure allocated project maintain a defined PPM maturity, as directed by the Portfolio Office
  • work with portfolio and external stakeholders to develop the tools, templates and guidance for reporting at project, programme and portfolio levels
  • facilitate and coordinate workshops to assist in the development of programme and project management products
  • maintain Portfolio-level reporting controls
  • create and maintain consistently high quality, accurate and relevant programme and project level governance products (e.g
  • establish a project structure, working with the exchange candidates, wider pool of applicant candidates, UK/Australian stakeholders and WiNS support/working groups
  • this work is to project manage the deployment of the upgrade and act as a conduit between stakeholders
  • actively manage project governance, project plans, time scales, risk and issue registers, tracking and monitoring updates
  • delivery RAG, dependency logs, project plans, risks and issues register, benefits realisation plan, financial data, resource / workforce data)
  • ensure proactive agenda planning including a clear understanding of each agenda item and the decisions required
