Requirements


  • previous experience supporting on projects, and understanding the language and culture of project teams
  • good understanding of banking or financial services compliance is desirable
  • strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Previous administrative or data based skill set within a financial services organisation would be key

  • degree in Law
  • prior exposure to PDF applications

  • self-motivated

  • experience within the veterinary industry or similar could be advantageous, although not necessary

  • the role is varied and would also include sales, stock and finance administration for sundry products within the company
  • A knowledge of customer service and experience with financials would be also beneficial
  • previous experience working within similar roles is preferable, although training will be provided
  • A keen eye for detail

Responsibility


  • lead on the reporting processes that generate key Management Information for the wider team
  • document, specify and capture any new data requirements
  • review Employee Conduct metrics and thresholds in able to monitor risk level across Compliance
  • implement and manage appropriate internal controls to ensure accuracy
  • the wider team work on lots of internal projects for the bank. You role is to support the project team with their workload management, administrative needs, follow up actions and governance
  • assist other Technical areas as required
  • review client files in line with company procedures
  • maintaining an accurate filing system
  • providing administrative support across the business
  • temperature monitoring and record keeping
  • to attend all necessary training that might be agreed
  • to process new Vendor account set-ups, ensuring all documents have been completed according to the procedures in place
  • to ensure Vendor Master Data is complete and accurate
  • to open, sort and redistribute the daily post when required
  • to complete any other reasonable tasks which may from time to time be requested
  • EU Drivers Hours - Tachograph data management & Control
  • conducting driver debriefing for accrued infringements
  • providing constructive advice to offending drivers
  • reporting high offenders for further action
  • investigating vehicle mileage missing from tachograph data
