Requirements


  • previous experience supporting on projects, and understanding the language and culture of project teams

Responsibility


  • lead on the reporting processes that generate key Management Information for the wider team
  • document, specify and capture any new data requirements
  • review Employee Conduct metrics and thresholds in able to monitor risk level across Compliance
  • implement and manage appropriate internal controls to ensure accuracy
  • the wider team work on lots of internal projects for the bank. You role is to support the project team with their workload management, administrative needs, follow up actions and governance
  • undertaking pre-employment checks for applicants and renewals for employees for continued compliance
  • meeting relevant deadlines and achieving KPI targets timely
  • maintaining relationships with candidates throughout the compliance process and ensuring
  • conducting initial screening of potential candidates, ensuring they meet the necessary requirements
  • handling enquiries and provide support to Hiring Managers regarding compliance
  • providing audit information to management
  • ensuring individuals are checked in line with legislative requirements around EDI, CQC guidance and Fit and Proper Persons legislation and keeping up to date on compliance regulation changes
  • background experience in Finance reporting
  • expected to be competent around learning management systems, working with data, cornerstone
  • entry level, as long as show competency does not matter how many years experience
  • create/run reports to support compliance training, feed dashboards & identify training gaps
  • to be the primary point of contact for all day-to-day HR-related queries from all internal staff
