  • oversee purchasing, inventory management, and supplier relationships to ensure the best ingredients and cost management
  • implement and monitor food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations, ensuring compliance with all standards
  • develop training programs and mentorship opportunities to foster the growth of kitchen staff
  • analyse and optimize kitchen processes to ensure efficiency and the best possible guest experience
  • lead recruitment efforts for key kitchen roles and support the professional growth of all kitchen team members
  • plan and prepare multi-course meals or themed dining experiences for small groups
  • create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests in your home
