Responsibility


  • lead, inspire, and manage the culinary operations across two kitchens, ensuring a cohesive and unified approach to our unique Japanese-Mexican fusion
  • collaborate closely with the Head Chefs on menu development, seasonal offerings, and innovative dish creation
  • maintain the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation across both kitchens
  • oversee purchasing, inventory management, and supplier relationships to ensure the best ingredients and cost management
  • implement and monitor food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations, ensuring compliance with all standards
  • develop training programs and mentorship opportunities to foster the growth of kitchen staff
  • analyse and optimize kitchen processes to ensure efficiency and the best possible guest experience
  • lead recruitment efforts for key kitchen roles and support the professional growth of all kitchen team members

  • full-time Chef required in Chelsea, London, salary £55,000 — £70,000 gross per annum, live in or out, starting December 2023
  • breakfast is served from 8 am — 9 am and dinner from 8pm — 10pm
  • A lovely family of three residing in Chelsea is seeking a creative chef to join their household and cater to their family needs
  • the Chef must be professional, well-presented, clean, and a great team player who is flexible to the family needs
