Requirements

at least 2 years’ experience as a residential sales agent and a proven track record in securing new business
listing & valuation experience
excellent sales ability
high level of customer service skills
good telephone manner and positive attitude

highly motivated, capable of working across function and managing a team

must have MOTOR insurance experience, ideally private hire but not a requirement
sound knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements for insurance
competitive basic salary up to and around £35k with OTE of £40k plus Pensions and other staff benefits
good understanding of Commercial Broker markets
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to develop senior reciprocal relationships with intermediaries
you will need to demonstrate good knowledge of sheet and panel products to be considered for this role

responsible for Office Management, organising and coordinating administration duties and office
strong organisational skills
work with the team to balance work loads
experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision
experienced in creating management information packs for internal and customer use
ensure the smooth running of the office
ensure invoicing is completed on time and accurately
evaluate and manage staff performance
ability to coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment
the Branch Manager will organise and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety
maintain the office conditions and arrange necessary repairs
the role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of effectiveness, communication and experienced in managing teams or people
the Branch Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, office staff supervision, and task delegation
ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
carry out staff appraisals and measure performance
