Responsibility


  • working with aligned specialists to complete requests within required OLA’s
  • manage sales processes on internal systems
  • assist with pre and post sales activity
  • build strong professional relationships with account managers, customers and suppliers
  • ensure that any engagement with specialist team is positive and of a high standard

  • to respond to all queries raised by the stakeholders, to resolve effectively in a timely manner

  • assist in negotiating contracts at senior level within NHS Finance and Procurement
  • adding new companies and contact information and updating existing company and contact information when required
  • accurately recording opportunities and leads
  • raising, editing and abandoning quotations
