maintenance

manage inventory levels effectively, placing orders for new stock as needed while minimising waste
conduct routine maintenance checks on machines to ensure they are functioning correctly and report any malfunctions for repair
ordering of van stock and completing monthly stock takes
working closely with Operations Co-Ordinator & General Manager to ensure optimum route efficiency
working closely with Operations Manager & General Manager to ensure optimum route efficiency
machine stock replenishment, cleaning, and cash collection
ensuring company vehicles are kept clean and tidy
weights - handling weights of up to 10 kilos – where possible using lifts/trolleys but may have to climb stairs and or negotiate doors etc
attending team meetings when required
liaison with Engineer/Service Desk on machine faults
ensuring any areas of customer dissatisfaction is brought to our attention are immediately notified to your Team Leader/Management
required to fill and service hot drinks/cans/snacks vending machines
repair minor vaults on the vending machines
possess a clean driving license
