Responsibility


  • producing customer quotes
  • receiving and processing customer orders via email and telephone
  • placing orders with suppliers and arranging transport of goods to customer sites, confirming delivery schedules with all parties
  • creating purchase orders on accounting software and sending to the supplier
  • managing customer queries relating to delivery updates, invoice queries, price check, and chasing overdue invoices
  • managing stock control
  • management of import and customs paperwork
  • maintaining good business relationships with customers and suppliers
  • general office administration duties as required, such as IT queries, creating data sheets, development of new processes and office support systems
  • to provide administration support to the Directors
  • booking orders and communication to sales team and customers regarding order and its status
  • logistics coordination
  • provide support for UK field sales team
  • purchase office supplies and manage stock levels
  • general office management, including ensuring that supply levels are maintained and that services such as cleaners and utility providers are properly regulated
