  • fluency in either French or German, as well as English
  • experience in working in a metal stockholding, engineering, or manufacturing environment
  • effective communication skills and the ability to develop internal and external relationships
  • keen to learn, with a good understanding of the purpose and functionality of ERP and CRM systems
  • knowledge of Sales Force CRM system
  • must be able to travel occasionally, within Europe as and when the role dictates
  • ability to effectively close deals and manage sales cycles of varied length depending on the project
  • educated to degree level
  • confident engaging with individuals of all levels of seniority
  • possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis

Responsibility


  • respond to inbound requests from marketing campaigns, website, conferences, or other channels
  • managing Inbound Leads
  • ensuring the smooth running of customer accounts and supporting the external sales representatives in maintaining and growing business
  • providing excellent internal and external customer service
  • produce own quotations for designated accounts
  • provide after sales support to customers
  • provide support to other members of the internal sales team and an anchor for external sales representatives
  • undertake sales order review procedures and any relevant documentation that may be required
  • maintaining and updating the CRM system. Analysing customer activity and recognising opportunities through tracking trends
