strong organisational and time management skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
experience with clienteling
must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibility

coordinate and organise visits for VIP clients
introduce clients to new products and brands
understand client’s style and current clothing options to provide educated choices for accessories and new unique products
identify opportunities for the Village presence in institutions, collaborations, sponsorships and events, alongside business opportunities for small group client engagement
develop your personal shopping client base, using existing relationships and clients, while gaining new clients and referrals; building excellent working relationships and understanding preferred methods of communication
use your own car, bike or motorbike to shop for and deliver customer's grocery orders
provide excellent Customer Service to encourage repeat orders
as a freelance driver, you have the freedom to choose when or where you work and which jobs to accept
some orders contain alcohol, so being of legal age to do this will be beneficial as it means you can accept more orders
we’re looking for a Personal Shopper to join our Personal Shopping team who has a knowledge of luxury brands and trends
we are looking for candidates who can commit a minimum of 10 hours a week to the role with rates commensurate with experience
effectively completing customer requests in a timely manner to satisfy clients
conducting reports of daily activity
host appointments with prospect clients who enquire on the personal shopping service for acquisition purposes. Ensure correct follow up with these clients is actioned
represent Personal Shopping at any external events. This includes guest speaking, selling at pop-up events and clienteling. Fulfilling the role of a Brand Ambassador for Harvey Nichols
support Press and Marketing from Head Office with up-and-coming projects, providing feedback on current campaigns with regards to client preferences
mentor fellow Personal Shopping staff members. This includes store procedures, till training, floor-walks, product knowledge and Personal Shopping conduct and standards
meet and exceed sales targets
develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
identify and pursue new sales opportunities
