Responsibility


  • contribute to overall team effort
  • carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the company
  • ensure all booked meetings have relevant recordings attached and regularly assess compliance of team calls
  • management and development of the existing and growing teams of Internal Sales Executives, including but not limited to monthly one to ones, performance management reviews, Employee Relations cases etc
  • to direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales performance
  • continuously reviewing team members performance against KPI’s and setting performance improvement plans
  • managing, coaching and developing existing sales teams
  • leading by example as a proven sales professional
  • ensuring all individual and group KPI's and targets are met
  • to ensure that the team are hitting minimum KPI's and conduct monthly 1 to 1's to review performance
  • plan for the week/month ahead based on current issues and analysis of the previous week/month's stats
  • create sales reports to monitor performance and quality scores
  • to review team performance daily and support the team individually and as a whole, with ongoing coaching to improve performance and ensure that targets are achieved
  • day to Day Responsibilities
  • to complete daily quality checks and feedback sessions with the team
  • monitor and track the team's performance against targets, whilst providing feedback and guidance for improvement
  • encourage up-selling and cross-selling techniques where relevant
  • conduct regular 1:1 meeting with team members to discuss progress and concerns
