Responsibility

contribute to overall team effort
carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the company
ensure all booked meetings have relevant recordings attached and regularly assess compliance of team calls
management and development of the existing and growing teams of Internal Sales Executives, including but not limited to monthly one to ones, performance management reviews, Employee Relations cases etc
to direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales performance
managing, coaching and developing existing sales teams
leading by example as a proven sales professional
ensuring all individual and group KPI's and targets are met
continuously reviewing team members performance against KPI’s and setting performance improvement plans
to ensure that the team are hitting minimum KPI's and conduct monthly 1 to 1's to review performance
plan for the week/month ahead based on current issues and analysis of the previous week/month's stats
create sales reports to monitor performance and quality scores
to review team performance daily and support the team individually and as a whole, with ongoing coaching to improve performance and ensure that targets are achieved
day to Day Responsibilities
to complete daily quality checks and feedback sessions with the team
monitor and track the team's performance against targets, whilst providing feedback and guidance for improvement
encourage up-selling and cross-selling techniques where relevant
conduct regular 1:1 meeting with team members to discuss progress and concerns
