also distributor of fibre cement boards, waterproofing systems, porcelain tiles, wood flooring, adhesives, grouts, silicone, sealants and interior decorative finishes
due to our continued success and expansion we have now opening our 5th distribution unit
the successful person will be taking a leading role in the sales for the branch
promptly responding to and following up incoming telephone, email and walk-in inquiries in a positive and professional manner
liaising with customers and suppliers both face to face and on the telephone, progressing orders, and resolving queries
checking and processing sales orders, invoicing and all associated administration, build relationships with customers to wider our network
licata are increasing their team and are looking to bring in an experienced branch manager to continue the good work within the company by targeting fresh sales & new customers as well as managing existing clients for the branch
managing Builders Merchant sales area for ROI and NI
maintaining and developing customer relations with both existing and new Builders Merchants
identifying new customers
negotiating pricing and contracts with your Line Manager
meeting and exceeding sales targets
implementing actions and merchandising solutions to help increase sales
delivering customer presentations, training, and development
day to day management of drivers, vehicles, servicing, maintenance and safety checks
responsible for route planning for drivers and ensure materials are loaded correctly and space is utilised
service customers and process sales orders over the telephone
PCN management, liaise with branches and payroll to ensure fines are deducted from colleagues salaries where appropriate
manage a sales ledger of customers and build relationships with them to ensure repeat business
