  • relevant past experience and/or a Certificate/NVQ/HND or equivalent or Degree educated

Responsibility


  • initial Touchpoint for inbound enquiries online and over the phone
  • understanding and recording individual customer requirements
  • answering initial questions and queries and steering them towards the next step
  • calling customers to provide any relevant information
  • following up on leads generated from the website, social media and other channels
  • make appointments from Sales Executives in the dealerships
  • updated the CRM system with all relevant information so that Sales Executives are fully prepared for appointments
  • ensure customer contact preferences are updated to keep customers updated with latest offers and services
  • maintain a good working knowledge of the current products and sales campaigns of the brand and communicate this effectively to customers
  • undertake any other duties reasonably requested
  • accurately investigating, resolving, and responding to customer enquiries via all communication channels, while adhering to standard operating procedures and guidelines
  • complete all actions required in Workwise weekly to ensure effective rent and service charge collection and debt management
  • manage landlord repair requests through Workwise ensuring work is completed to the residents’ satisfaction
  • must be immediately available or on short notice
  • identify support needs and effective partners to support tenants as the start of their tenancy. Repairs
  • responsible for authorising work orders to budget
