Responsibility


  • complete all actions required in Workwise weekly to ensure effective rent and service charge collection and debt management
  • manage landlord repair requests through Workwise ensuring work is completed to the residents’ satisfaction
  • must be immediately available or on short notice
  • identify support needs and effective partners to support tenants as the start of their tenancy. Repairs
  • responsible for authorising work orders to budget
  • answer incoming phone calls and make sure they are logged in the appropriate system
  • manage inbound email and phone queries and helping the customers with end-to-end support
  • support the sales and customer service team with general operations to help reach the teams objectives
  • maintain and update customers, accounts and ordering websites
  • maintain and keep a clear inbox of high volume emails
  • prepare customer quotations for the sales team
  • communicate and act upon low margins and GP, conducting price reviews
  • maintaining customer uniform brand books in conjunction with the Marketing Dept
  • assist with customer logo artwork approval
  • ensure that customers are informed of delivery issues, including carrier delays, backordered items and offer alternatives
  • exceed KPI’s set to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
  • outbound calls when necessary to promote the company and products
  • provide monthly reports and updates to Senior Management team on a site-by-site basis
  • attend and participate in quarterly strategy meetings
  • produce monthly reports for client to capture current engagement stats, updates on platform performance and future innovations and strategies
