Responsibility

liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders

managing a team of 4 internal Account Managers
managing a portfolio of Accounts, responsible for developing the relationship and growing the accounts
generating new business through self generated leads
managing team performance through implemented KPI's
have experience working in a similar role previously
coaching, mentoring and training your team to ensure they are consistently being up skilled to ensure continuous performance
have excellent written and communication skills
CRM management
have confidence speaking to clients and customers over the phone
reporting to the Head of Sales and delivering forecast sales figures as well as a sales strategy

the Successful Applicant
as an Internal Account Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will include calling up customers and introducing new product launches to them and up selling these, gaining and building a rapport with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business, prospecting to bring on new customers, managing up to 150 different clients and dealing with any and all queries from these accounts
experience in Chemicals, Personal Care or FMCG would be beneficial
experience managing an internal sales team to a high standard is essential
experience in an internal sales environment
track record or hitting and exceeding company set targets
