Responsibility


  • we’re recruiting for a motivated and ambitious Parts Manager for our busy Parts department in our Inverness Peugeot branch
  • develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the parts business
  • manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of parts to customers
  • develop and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers
  • provide leadership and direction to the parts team to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
  • manage multiple OEM’s
  • manage supply chain, warehousing & stock levels
  • responsible for spare parts department management, supervise department daily operation
  • responsible for spare parts stock management and inventory check
  • to ensure the sale of all necessary items to support customer requirements
  • managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of spare parts are available at all times
  • ordering spare parts from suppliers and vendors as needed
  • ensuring that system data is kept up to date
  • tracking and recording inventory levels, orders, and usage of spare parts through system development
  • organizing and maintaining the storage of spare parts in a designated area, ensuring items are easily accessible and properly labelled
  • day to day line management, support, coaching and guidance of the Spares Coordinators and Technical support team
  • development of Key Performance Indicators to clearly display the departmental performance
  • development and management of Internal and SOX audits standards along with internal stakeholders
  • ensuring that all sales orders, invoices and credit notes are processed correctly by the team
  • ensuring both internal and external customer calls, emails and general enquiries are responded to in a timely manner
