Understand spray painting technology, paint composition, and various methods of paint spraying. Stay updated with product developments and attend relevant training courses.
Perform vehicle preparation work, including masking, sanding, and other necessary tasks, before painting.
Achieve the required finish and standard in spray painting, always prioritizing customer care and satisfaction. Roll Priming experience is advantageous.
Use prescribed safety equipment and clothing, attend company-arranged medicals, and follow guidance provided by medical professionals. Report any health or vision deterioration to your manager promptly.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring Company tools and equipment are in good condition to minimize fire hazards.
