Requirements

motorbike repair: 2 years
NVQ, C&G or equivalent in motor mechanics or related discipline
proven experience repairing motorcycles and cars
genuine desire to learn and upskill within the automotive industry
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
motorcycle Technician: 1 year
reliable commute or plan to relocate before starting work
A strong motorcycle trade mechanic background is required for applicants
be a good communicator and have great interaction skills
highly motivated and have the determination to exceed company business objectives
you must be well-organised and be able to manage your time
work well on your own and also within the team
A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3

Responsibility

find and diagnose faults using hand tools or computer devices
repair or replace fault parts whilst carrying out regular preventative maintenance
check stock levels and update vehicle service records
work with high voltage batteries/equipment
deal with reactive maintenance in line with company SLA’s & individual KPI’s
test drive vehicles to ensure that they are road safe
