Responsibility

primarily carry out MOTs and minor repairs
vehicle servicing, diagnosis and maintenance when required
communicating with our service department and other technicians
hard working with the ability to confidentially work on your own initiative and integrate into our team
we are looking for a full-time qualified MOT tester and vehicle technician to join our busy team. We are a long established family run business based on the edge of the Cotswolds. We work across 4 sites selling and servicing cars, vans and pick ups
work in a clean and tidy manner
excellent customer service skills
identify and report any defects or issues that may affect the vehicle's performance or safety

servicing and repair of all make of vehicles, ensuring all work is carried out to autocare/ castrol Service Centre standards
we are a forward looking, expanding family owned business based in Durham
you will work at the heart of our team to help deliver a great customer experience
as the successful candidate you will have a minimum of three year experience and have your own tools
as a vehicle technician you should have the following
requirements
must have 3 years experience of working in workshop environment. Be competent using diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify faults

current valid MOT tester qualifications would be advantageous, but not essential at application, however you may be required to gain the MOT testers licence if not already held
