Responsibility

carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology
carrying out MOT tests in line with ministry guidelines
conducting vehicle service in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and customer requests
reporting any failures to the Workshop Controller, advising work required for the vehicle to be road worthy
carrying out any additional repairs once authorised by the customer
occasionally support in completing repairs
warranty repairs are per the manufacturer’s guidelines and relevant write up is complete
complete all relevant paperwork and lease with the customer
taking the customers vehicle out on a road test to ensure all faults are rectified
carrying out any ad-hoc duties as and when required
complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard
vehicle servicing and repairs
diagnose, repair & service and MOT vehicles
diagnose, repair & service
maintain customer vehicles to industry standards
check level and quality of work through use of diagnostic equipment
complete MOTs in line with DVSA standards
road test vehicles to check repair work
work with colleagues to provide excellent customer service
as part of a Franchised Dealer, you will be given manufacturer dedicated training
