ensure all work is completed accurately, safely and to a high standard
measure, test and diagnose vehicle faults
repair diagnosed vehicles, replace parts, lubricants and consumables
record all service and repair operations as required by the company and the manufacturer
work in a safe and professional manor, operating to health and safety standards
identify additional work and maintenance requirements on vehicles using an established EVHC process
to undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles of all types to the highest standard to meet company and franchise requirements
diagnose, repair & service and MOT vehicles
diagnose, repair & service
maintain customer vehicles to industry standards
check level and quality of work through use of diagnostic equipment
complete MOTs in line with DVSA standards
road test vehicles to check repair work
work with colleagues to provide excellent customer service
as part of a Franchised Dealer, you will be given manufacturer dedicated training
to provide complex diagnostics to a wide variety of vehicles
to repair vehicle faults as requested by the customer
to advise the service team of issues and when tasks are completed
to determine priorities and allocate tasks in liaison with the Aftersales Manager and Aftersales team
to monitor work progress, and pursue issues as necessary
