Responsibility


  • ownership of contract negotiations, relationship, execution and KPI's for assigned accounts
  • management of the Joint Business Planning process ensuring business objectives are jointly owned and exceeded
  • implement trade and channel marketing plans specific to the assigned customers in line the with the UK business plan
  • ownership of account budgets ensuring spend in line with agreed objectives and contractual obligations
  • the National Account Manager role reports to the Head of National Accounts
  • forecasting accurately using data analysis to identify risks and opportunities
  • maintain and agree contractual obligations, and ensure the highest levels of customer services
  • the National Account Manager manages / supports on an assigned group of multi-site operators across varied UK trade channels within the UK market
  • the NAM is a important role within the UK commercial team with responsibilities for developing and growing Juul's product listings, distribution, rate of sale and retailer share of mind/voice through seamless execution of customer account plans
  • realize annual agreed sales targets
  • serve as the escalation point for account-related issues
  • ensuring customer satisfaction, you will build and maintain long-term partnerships by understanding client needs, identifying opportunities for revenue and margin growth and leading onsite production testing of solutions
  • build great client relationships and book meetings via phone
  • working closely with the 10 National accounts on your ledger to understand the customers requirements
  • visibility across all the Pipe and Climate branches and regional offices across the country, to talk through new projects and opportunities
  • to identify and develop existing accounts within the territory to maximise the growth of sales and margin
  • full management of the accounts, effectively from site to office with close relationships across all levels
  • engagement with key stakeholders working together to drive the national sales strategy
  • managing the P&L for your retail accounts
  • driving growth within retail/off premise accounts
