  • delivery of annual volume, GSV and margin targets for Grocery customers
  • maintain and build existing customer relationships and to identify potential opportunities for growth, bearing in mind factory capabilities and profit margins
  • in collaboration with Marketing and Category, plan, develop and execute Customer Account plans aligned to key business objectives and financial targets
  • develop and implement targeted customer business plans, regularly reviewing them and keeping the Sales & Marketing Team informed of progress
  • own and exceed annual sales targets in all accounts
  • own and hit/exceed annual sales targets in all territories and accounts
  • negotiate and execute joint business plans integrating strategies and objectives to deliver profitable growth
  • hold lead role as key customer contact for all cross-functional departments - Trading, Marketing, Supply, Merchandising and Demand
  • ensure total business engagement in the delivery of activities and initiatives to delivery against strategies and objectives
  • provide monthly financial review of all accounts detailing volume, NSV, trade spend and margin projections for the year versus annual Plan
  • present and position new products and concepts, developing launch plans for trade partners
  • proactive management of all key commercial relationships establishing strong collaborative working relationships
  • proactively and effectively ensure prices and margin management are achieved with all customers in keeping with company guidelines and budgets
  • present and position new products and concepts among trading partners
  • delivery of brand activation standards – distribution targets, share of shelf, NPD launches on time to expectations
  • provide monthly sales analysis into customer performances and key product developments
